Our space is equipped with cardio machines, free weights, elliptical machines and more. Our classes and programs are personalized and dedicated to one-on-one training and small group training, all in a private setting. Jay Brooks Personal Training will work with you to make your experience truly unique and results driven.
Jay Brooks Personal Training will develop exercise programs for all levels: Beginner, intermediate, advanced and senior's. We hear your needs and respond by providing individual training programs that will make a difference, always putting your health and safety first.
Excercise is only one part of the wellness equation. As part of your personalized fitness journey Jay Brooks Personal Training will work with you to evaluate your current diet, review your goals and adjust as necessary.
